I do gear a lot of my readings based on self help, shadow work, as well as self reflection, so that can definitely appear in my own readings, however, I am not a licensed therapist nor am I a psychiatrist. And as such, I will not be able to diagnose you as one would. If a reading does get to a point where mental health is a concern I will simply direct you to a hotline to seek professional help.

1. I will not do readings on the topics of health, death, or anything that can potentially affect my own mental health.
